The FitScan BC-601F is the perfect tool for monitoring the effectiveness of any fitness or health program.  Utilizing Tanita’s exclusive bioelectric impedance analysis (BIA) technology, this 8 electrode body composition monitor displays 19 readings; 9 whole body and 10 segmental (arms, legs and trunk area) so you can see exactly how your body is responding to specific training and lifestyle changes. From tracking body fat and muscle mass trends, to recommending calorie intake and indicating hydration levels this monitor helps you tailor your exercise and dietary requirements to achieve your goals.  Up to 4 users can record and review their results, which are stored for 6 months.

8 BIA electrodes allow the BC-601F to go well beyond standard body composition; giving you a segmental review of what you’re made of.  Why segmental?  Simply put, segmental gives you more information than standard body composition monitors. This totally unique product gives individual body composition readings for each body segment- trunk, right arm, left arm, right leg and left leg.  The BC-601F is especially useful for anyone who is monitoring the balance of left and right side of body or trying to build or rehabilitate a particular part of one's body.

The extra-large LCD color display is easy-to-read and the retractable cord ensures the handset fits snugly into the main unit for easy storage.  Note: This model DOES NOT include the SD card feature.
