SPECIFICATIONS

  • Made of PVC and aluminum 
  • Measures 4.7 x 3 cm (1.85 x 1.18 inches)
  • How it works: the stethoscope consists of the earpieces which are simply placed in the child's ears while the vertical tube is under their chin and the chest piece (drum) which is placed on the patient's chest; the sound of the heartbeat inside the body is amplified when it travels through the tube to the earpieces

  • Best for children older than 3 due to maturity and small pieces than could come loose
